Hi everyone my name is Neil! I am the Co-founder and Head Coach of the Calikeeda Gym. I have Active participation in All India Calisthenics Events. My passion is to help people change their lives most simply and realistically possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I realize how being overweight affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. Hi, I’m Sumir! Throughout my many years of personal training, I’ve educated and supported thousands of people in their health and fitness journeys! I’m recognised as one of the most influential trainers in the world of Calisthenics and I’ve made it my mission to help as many people as possible to achieve their ideal level of fitness and to feel more confident and happy!

My programs are flexible, so you can choose whether you want to work out at home or in the gym! You’ll learn how to train to increase your fitness and strength through regular workouts with minimum use of heavy equipment. My programs also grow with you, so you’ll always be progressing.
